When you book a Private Shuttle, which is a Charter Service, you choose the time you want to be picked up and dropped off to and from locations on the Olympic Peninsula and the Seattle/Tacoma area transportation hubs. You and your party will have the shuttle to yourselves.
Rates
Rates are one way and include one of our professional drivers, one of our comfortable Ford Transit or Mercedes Benz Sprinter 8 to 14 passenger vans, fuel and tolls. There is no extra charge for luggage, golf bags, or pets. Subject to available luggage space on board. No oversized or overweight luggage. Pets must be in carriers at all times in van. The service area includes travel to and from SEATAC, AMTRAK, Black Ball/Coho Ferry, Cruise Ship terminals, major hotels in the Seattle Tacoma area, Port Angeles, Sequim, Port Townsend, Marrowstone Island, Port Ludlow, and more. 1-7 passengers $600
3 to 11 passengers $1000
5 to 15 passengers $1500
There is an additional charge when traveling outside of our Base Rate area (see the Shared Shuttle Service for Rate Areas).
- Travel to or from SEATAC, AMTRAK, or other connecting travel includes one hour of wait time starting from the time you state you want us there to pick you up. Contact must be made prior to stated pickup time for the driver to wait longer than one hour. No contact is a no show and the trip is considered used.
- A 10% driver gratuity is suggested.
- Rates for Weddings and Events on the Peninsula start at the rates above per van and driver and include up to 8 hours of service (Rocket Base to Rocket Base. Contact us and let us provide a quote for your specific event.
Reservations
Reservation requests can be made from this site 24 hours a day or by telephone with one of our reservation agents during normal business hours.
Using this site, Select Reservation on the Home Page to enter your travel specifications.
- Look for the email to show the quoted price for your travel specifications.
- Accept the quote and pay or decline the quote.
- Private shuttle fares are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled time of pick up time, 50% refundable with more than 72 hours prior notice.
- With a minimum of 48 hours prior notice, the full amount of prepaid fare can be held for future use. New fare rates may apply for future bookings.
