Frequently Asked Questions

How does your shared-shuttle service work?

Rocket Transportation is a door to door shared shuttle service, offering service from any accessible address in Clallam or Jefferson counties. Please note that all of our shared shuttles MUST cross the Hood Canal Bridge. (For example we cannot transport a passenger from Clallam to Jefferson County. We must go to Kitsap, Pierce, or King County). Rocket Transportation no longer provides Para-transit services. It is recommended to contact Rocket Transportation prior to booking your flight or appointment to ensure we can conveniently accommodate your travel needs. Reservations can be made up to two business days prior to the travel day and as far in advance as six months. Our shared shuttles transport as many as ten passengers on a given run. Reservations can be booked over the phone with an agent during standard business hours. We accept cash, check, Visa or Master Charge

Does Rocket service the ferry system?

We do not transport via the ferry system. It is more efficient to drive over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Ferries are subject to cancellations due to tides and foggy conditions.

Cancellations are to be made by contacting the office verbally with a reservation agent. Email and Voicemail are not considered reliable methods of communication.
