Adult Fares:   Published fares are adult fares and apply to passengers who have reached or passed their 12th birthday.

Children’s fares:   A child under the age of two will ride for free with accompanying, fare paying adult.  This free fare only applies to one child per adult.  Additional children under the age of two must pay the standard fare for children under twelve years of age, which is the ordinary adult rate, discounted by ten percent (10%).  Rocket Transportation will not transport unaccompanied children under the age of twelve.  Children riding with Rocket Transportation must ride in a car seat in accordance with state law.  Rocket Transportation will not provide car seats. 

Unused tickets:   Any completely unused tickets, paid for in advance, will remain valid for six month’s from the date of sale. A six month extension will be given if requested prior to the end of the six month life of the ticket. Only one extension will be granted.
 
Refunds:  Unused tickets and unused portions of round-trip or commutation tickets may be redeemed for a refund.  Such a refund will be calculated by charging the regular fares for the portion or portions used, and refunding the balance of the purchase price minus the standard booking fee.  

Round trip tickets:   A round trip ticket may not be used as two separtate one way tickets on separate trips. 

Cancellations:  Passengers who cancel a trip less than two full business days before scheduled pick up time will incur a standard cancellation charge, constituting 15% of the total booking price.  Two full business days is prior to the first date of travel on a round trip ticket.      
 
No Shows:  A Customer who has made a reservation but fails to properly cancel, reschedule, or appear at the designated pick-up point by the scheduled departure time is not eligible for a refund.

Reservations from SeaTac:   Carrier will not accept a reservation for travel from SeaTac on flights arriving less than 45 minutes prior to intended departure from SeaTac.

Right of Refusal: Rocket Transportation reserves the right to deny any requested reservation for travel.

Objectionable passengers:   This Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers. The carrier also reserves the right to refuse carriage of any materials that the carrier considers unsafe and not in the best interest of the passengers.  

Schedule maintenance:   Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, weather, or other highway/road conditions beyond the control of the carrier and do not guarantee arrival at, or departure from, any point at any specific time. The time schedules provided are schedules the carrier endeavors to maintain, but does not guarantee to be able to do so at all times due to conditions listed above.

 

Odd luggage:   Carrier will charge an additional fee for odd-sized luggage as follows:

Golf bag, fishing poles - $5.00 each

Bicycles, surfboards - $10.00 each

Lugguage over the standard two per passenger - $5.00

 
Animals:   Service animals traveling with sight or hearing-impaired passengers will be carried free of charge. Service animals will not be permitted to occupy a seat, but must lie or stand at the feet of the passenger. Other pets will be transported only when they are housed in pet carriers. The following rates apply for the transportation of pets:
Small carrier 21” x 16” x 15”   $5.00
Medium carrier 27” x 21½” x 20”    $10.00
Large carrier 36” x 24½” x 26”   $15.00
X-Large carrier 40” x 27” 30”    $20.00
 
Lost and found items:   Carrier will not be responsible for items lost or left on vehicle. Any items found on vehicle will be secured at our office for up to 30 days. Any items not claimed by rightful owner shall be properly discarded or given to local charities.
